The Classic London Bus Society is a new organisation, providing day excursions from Central London for bus enthusiasts. These will take place at the weekend, using traditional London half cab buses whenever possible.

We shall be visiting museums, depots and other collections of interest, some of which are not generally open to the public. On such days, members will normally be able to experience riding on additional vehicles.

We will also be running services to rallies in and outside the Capital, and journeying along some long forgotten routes both of the red and green variety, using appropriate vehicles.

Fares will generally range from £8 - £15 for members, a discount of up to £5 against the non-member price. The intention is to make the Society affordable to all, and keep fares as low as possible.

Where there is an additional fee to pay, such as admission to a rally, or a programme fee for a running day, we will try to negotiate a reduced fee for members travelling with us.

It is anticipated we will run at least 6 excursions each year, subject to a minimum number of passengers booking each trip. However, we will happily add more rally and former route trips if they prove popular.
